Went here to get lunch today (2 Jan 2008). No glasses - only plastic beakers "because our dishwasher is not working and the hot water is not hot enough to do it by hand, and anyway we can't do it by hand because of Health & Safety because we could cut ourselves". Also they did not have one of our menu choices "Spare Ribs" and the two members of staff on duty had a typical "we don't
