Departures from the People's Socialist Jamahiriyah seem to have been subject to a 3000 Libyan pounds surcharge, paid for by way of these large and rather charming revenue stamps featuring the famous green book of Colonel Gadafi. The arrowed logo of LAA is sooooo late 60s.
